Message: I am a beginning runner and I am so glad you guys are close by so I can hook myself up with the latest and greatest:) I am running my first 5k in Ogden this May and I am very excited. My goal is to do as many 5k's that I can and eventually work my way up to a half marathon so any tips would be greatly appreciated!
